The Stone Lanes

The Stone Lanes are a labyrinth of stone corridors, so windowless as to seem subterranean, patchily lit by candles placed in niches in the walls.

In one particularly dark place in the Lanes, easy to miss, a normally locked door (to which Flay holds one of the keys) leads into the Cat Room and thence into the residential quarters.

In another part of the Lanes a small doorway gives access to the Great Kitchen.
